Its a new day.......

and there is so much to do!!!! I took the day off today to get tons done to get ready for our pig roast tomorrow. I was a little worried I wasn't going to be able to get everything done but apparently hubby took today off too so I feel a little better. I have to go to Costco, ya thats going to be real fun the Friday before the most popular bbq-ing weekend of the year, and I have to go to Sears and Macys and maybe Barnes and Noble, CVS and Target. While at home I have to paint the front door, pick up all of the random junk all over the house, water all the flowers and veggies. Lets see, there has to be more, right????? Oh right, make dips for tomorrow, wash and fold diapers.........

Can I get it all done? Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!!!

Blogging? Mommy can do that too!!

Well, here it is- my first blog post!! I figured there are a million things I am trying to do these days, why not add one more? I have all of these ideas of projects I want to start and finish, skills I want to master and changes that I want to make to my life. So this is now the place that will hold me accountable for all of those things. Now don't take this as I can't do much right now and I'm just a boring person. There are all sorts of things I can do and do well and others that I have attempted to do and, well who am I kidding, suck at. Lots of things I want to try and think will work and plenty that I want to do and don't actually think will work. But hey, a person can dream right? So where do I start? Right here! If I actually make this post and stick to it for a little while (that's what I'm aiming for at least) than I can add Blogger to my list of things that I can do. Are you wondering what some of the other things are? Well, even if you aren't here they are :) I want to become a much better sewer and make all sorts of fun clothes, diapers for the kids, bags and purses and so much more. I want to get my entertainment center and pretty much the rest of my house organized. I want to be the best mother and wife that I can be. I have so many ideas for becoming a work at home mom. I want to have horses and chickens and maybe even goats in my back yard. I want to learn more about cars and bikes and snowmobiles so I can undertand a little bit about what my hubby and the guys are talking about while they sit in the driveway. I want to learn to pull the boat out of the dock and back in so I can take it out on my own this summer when hubby is catering. Shall I go on? Lets just keep it simple for now.
